Open joint-stock company "Textiles" one of the largest enterprises of light industry of Republic Tadjikistan. It is located in city Dushanbe - capital of Republic Tadjikistan. It is specialized on release of a cotton yarn, severe and ready fabrics, a nonwoven cloth and batting, garments, medical products from a gauze.
Now into structure of Open Company " Textiles " enter: SVM№1 the finishing factory, in common works with independent Open Companies " Nassoch ", Open Company " Bofanda " and factory with the newest equipment for release of medical products from a gauze, others auxiliary engineering, power housing - the divisions providing all industrial infrastructure that allows to process up to 25 thousand tons cotton a fibre per a year.
SPINNING MANUFACTURE
Capacity of manufacture makes 83296 spinning spindles, 49000 pneumomechanical spinning roters, 23856 spining and twisting spindles. Develops 11 numbers of a cotton yarn from 20 up to 85 by machines - Å-66-5м; the Personal computer - 100; PPM-120 MS; BD200-RCE; PU-66-5М3; PU-66-5М6; P-76-5М6; the PERSONAL COMPUTER - 100М3; PPM-120М3; the DB - 200RС. Batting and a nonwoven cloth are developed on units ACHV-5 and ACHV-2.
WEAVER'S MANUFACTURE
Capacity of weaver's manufacture makes 3611 weaving looms, including 3238 undemon shuttle 26 articles of severe fabrics on machine tools PN-100 are developed; АТPR-120; STB-2-250; STB - 2 - 216; STB-180.
FINISHING MANUFACTURE
At finishing factory 128 units equipment, specialized on release of the stuffed, bleached and uniformly dyed fabrics are established. Assortment of developed fabrics - print, dress, calico, linen, ticking, gauze, nap groups - 31 articles of ready fabrics.
GAUZE MANUFACTURE
IN 1999 GAUZE MANUFACTURE BY PRODUCTIVITY OF 4000 NAPKINS AT AN O'CLOCK BEGAN TO WORK; MULTILAYERED BANDAGE - 1000 PIECES AT O'CLOCK, MEDICAL BANDAGE - 880 OF PIECES AT AN O'CLOCK. THE SWISS AND GERMAN EQUIPMENT IS ESTABLISHED.
